Photo & Video Release

I hereby grant permission to Metro Area Pheasants Forever Chapter (“Organization”) to capture and use mylikeness, image, and voice in photo/video formats during this event.

I authorize use of these materials for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity.

I understand and agree:

• No compensation or royalties will be provided

• I waive rights to inspect or approve usage

• My name may or may not be used

• I will not be tagged on social media by the Organization

• I release and hold harmless the Organization and its representatives from any claims including privacy, publicity, or defamation.
